| I was in a small children's bookstore and ran across this book, and I am so thrilled to have found it! I bought it for my precious niece (who has a Valentine's Day birthday, perfect for this book!), and am going to buy several more copies for kid gifts! It ranks up there with The Giving Tree, The Velveteen Rabbit, and The Missing Piece in my book. If I ever have kids, this will be my go to bedtime story! |

| The Perfect Gift is ROHAN HENRY’s first book. A young artist of Jamaican origin, Henry teaches at an elementary school and in the innovative program STRIVE-U (sponsored by the University of Southern Maine), which provides young adults with learning challenges access to secondary education. He lives in Portland, Maine, with his wife and baby daughter. |
