| I wasn't sure if I would like this book. I just picked it up at the libray and suprisingly I did like it. This book is mostly about Will's father coming back acting like nothing has happened and Will's mother is not too happy about it. He is a real jerk I have to say. It also talks about the girl that Will's so-called ex-boyfriend was hugging. Her name is Mandy and Will realized that Mandy is going through hard times too and that she should have been more sensitive to Mandy's feelings. Also it talks about Taranee (i think that is how you spell her last name) trying to make her mom feel bad for all the stuff she has done in the past years. Pressuing her to get her grades and so much more. Taranee finally had enough when her mom slapped her on the face in front of everyone. The ending was very suprising. Not the swim meet end. The comic part end. It shows why Will's father won't sign those divorce papers. And like I said. He is a real jerk. |
