| I'm always on the lookout for books that allow me to share my faith in a fresh new way with my child. So many Christian books for kids seem to get bogged down in lots of words that are too big for children, but The Sparrow's Easter Song doesn't. Adams does a fantastic job of sharing the account of Jesus' ressurection in a way that is creative and fun. It holds a child's attention--always a bonus--and the illustrations are beautiful. Adams and Eldridge really hit the mark! |

| Michelle Adams began her career in journalism; but when she had two children of her own, she quickly turned to writing children's books, including the very successful What Is...? series for CandyCane Press. Michelle lives in Bedford, Indiana, with her husband and two teenage girls.
Marion Eldridge says of her art, "The idea that my illustrations might interest a child in books and reading is the most rewarding thing of all." Eldridge resides in North Bellerica, Massachusetts.
