This book along with many other P.K. Hallinan books are good, wholesome books to enjoy with your children. The story not only includes the usual "goodies" that children are accustomed to during holidays, but it also includes the "true meaning" of holidays. Hallinan lets us enjoy the extras of Thanksgiving but reminds us to be thankful for the little things too. This book is a "must read". |
