| My 6 yr old granddaughter and 3 1/2 yr old grand son LOVE to read books and have several that they want to hear over and over, namely, MY Lucky Day and Miss Nelson is Missing. I had that hoped this story would be as engaging as some of their favorites, but alas I read it once and they never chose to hear it again. I had to agree that the story was not too interesting. The illustrations were great! |

| Emma Chichester Clark grew up in Ireland, drawing just about as soon as she could hold a pencil. Later she studied at the Chelsea School of Art and the Royal College in England, where she was taught by Quentin Blake. She has written and illustrated numerous award-winning children’s books, including Walker’s Melrose and Croc: A Christmas to Remember and the popular Blue Kangaroo series. I Love You, Blue Kangaroo! was awarded the Christopher Medal. Emma lives in England. |
