| This book is cute, sweet, funny, and has gorgeous pictures. Some of the books I have to teach are so stupid I feel like I'm harming young minds, but Handa's Surprise is glorious. It offers great segues into lessons or discussions about fruits, animals and geography too (it takes place in Kenya.) |
