| This book is absolutely adorable! Poor Marvin, he really wanted an apple that was just out of his reach. He falls asleep waiting for it to fall, but when he awakes his friend Molly was eating it. Marvin gets so mad he turns into a mad sheep with crazy eyes, feet and teeth (SO CUTE!). He throws a sheepy temper tantrum. Eventually he stamps a big crack in the floor and falls into a hole where he gets some time to think about how he acted. Molly comes to save him and even brings him a juicy apple to eat. All seems to be well in the world... until he decides that now he wants a certain pear that is just out of his reach. how funny!
Not only does my daughter want me to read this book to her 20 times a day, but I love reading it 20 times a day. The illustrations are so adorable and my 2 year old can relate to Marvin.
It even has 2 pages of stickers at the end. We just love this book! |
