| George is a giant Galapagos tortoise. In this fact filled easy reader science book George gives us a tour of the island he calls home. We meet many unique animals. Birds, reptiles, insects and mammals all inhabit Galapagos. This book tells young readers many facts about those animals. Full color photos are shown throughout the book. Also included is a glossary and a map of the island. Kids will learn about from this book and I recommend it to kids that love animals. |
