| The Horror at camp Jellyjam is my second favorite Goosebumps book. It's about a girl named Wendy who's going on a vacation with her Mom, Dad, and her brother Elliot. They're traveling from Idaho to Wyoming and they have a big trailer hooked to the back of their car.Elliot and Wendy complain that they're bored so their parents let them go and sit in the trailer.
They stop the car and climb into the back trailer. Then when they're going up a hill the trailer unlatches and the trailer falls down a hill and they end up by camp jellyjam. They figure out that Camp Jellyjam is a sports camp and to all the kids and counselors winning is everything "Only the best" everyone says. Once they get used to the camp people start to disappear just like in Welcome to Camp Nightmare.
What's happening to everyone? Why is everyone so competitive? Why do the counselors act so weird? These are some of the questions you may ask before reading The Horror at Camp Jellyjam.
This book could be kind of creepy to little kids but not people over the age of 8.
The ending is very good and the problem is resolved in the end.
