| If you like the Charlie and Lola series then you won't be disappointed in this book. The book is based on the episode "I am the Sun" in which Lola wants to be the sun in the school play and ends up as a leaf and through Charlie's help learns to love being the best leaf. It's a wonderful read along and the stickers make the story more interactive. My only complaint would be is that the story is a more condensed version of the show and certain things my daugther remembers from the show are not in the book. It's still a great story and the illustrations and writing style are hard to beat. It's a true find for $5.00, you get the story and the stickers and a lot of fun time with your child. |
