Ms. Day¹s class is planting a garden and Fluffy is happy that Emma and Jasmine are planting carrots and peas. Fluffy¹s job is to guard the garden, and he takes it very seriously. When some bees fly by, he tells them to buzz off! Then the bees tell him how they help his garden, and Fluffy lets them stay. He also meets ladybugs and worms, also beneficial to his garden. But when he finds slugs, Fluffy sends them packing they¹re not good for any garden! |

| I bought Fluffy Grows a Garden for my 5 year old daughter who is learning to read. Since we have 5 guinea pigs, I thought the Fluffy books would be perfect for her. My daughter loves the Fluffy series and I just purchased several more. The piggy in these stories is a PIP and kids will love him (especially those that own guinea pigs). I have been very happy with these books. My daughter is learning to read more words and is throughly enjoying the process! Plus as an added bonus she is learning different facts that she did not know - for example in Fluffy Grows A Garden, my daughter learned that worms, ladybugs and bees help gardens to grow. |
