| My two year old daughter loves Spot, and this book is no exception. It's true that it's a traditional board book and doesn't have flaps to lift, but she doesn't care. The story is cute and shows Spot playing as a pirate and a cowboy after his mother puts him to bed. He has his adventures because he simply didn't think he was tired. It turns out Mom was right--he was tired after all. Cute story, typical cute Spot illustrations. A short, sweet bedtime read. Recommended! |
About the Author / 作者介绍: |
| Eric Hill left school when he was fifteen and took up cartooning while working as a messenger at an art studio. He created Where’s Spot as a bedtime story for his two year-old son. It was published four years later, and the rest is history. Eric Hill now lives in France. |
