| I ordered this book for my daughter who is in 3rd grade. She is a struggling reader and it is hard to find books that she can read easily that actually hold her interest. She is also starting to get self-concious about how a book "looks" - wants it to be a "chapter book" but can't always read them. She loved this book and read it straight through the first night she got it. It took her about 40 minutes, which is twice as long as she normally reads, and she didn't stop every 5 minutes to ask me how much longer she had to read for! She told me she wants to read it again which is also something I have a hard time getting her to do and even asked me to order more of the series. Thank you Andy Griffiths! |
