| I would heartily recommend adding this book to your library.
This book pairs the phrase "Yea! I can say" with, "Please," Thank You," "I'll share with you," "I'm Sorry," and, "I love you."
Each concept is illustrated with a beautiful picture of a little one, acting that phrase out (Sharing a rocking horse, opening a present, kissing their little brother, etc.)
Both my one and two year old love it because of the pictures, but probably like most parents I improvise with the text a bit, expanding it by pointing to the picture and saying 'that little girl got a present and now she's saying 'thank you' to her mommy!' Do you see the present? Where's the little girl's hair? Where's your hair? etc. :) |
