| reS-Angus the Answer Dog returns to answer questions about the school experience. Queries center on teachers, the classroom, rules, circle time, snacks, and the bathroom. While the title is colorfully illustrated, the text may be somewhat wordy for this audience. However, adults sharing it with youngsters can modify the text according to individual children's needs while using the engaging watercolors as reference points. There is a helpful introduction for parents. Concrete information to inform and/or relieve preschool jitters.

| We got this for my two year old who will be starting preschool in about a month. He loved this book and is so excited about going to preschool. He has to pack his backpack and a pretend lunch every morning then he carries his backpack around all day! It answers all the questions kids might have about preschool and it doesn't talk about being scared of going to school which most books do and we don't want him to expect to be scared so this book is perfect! |
